Alimenta 2026 Returns as the Federal District's Premier Gastronomy and Innovation Event

Sebrae is set to host Alimenta 2026, the largest gastronomy, business, and innovation event in the Federal District, from November 5 to 7 at the Pavilhão de Exposições do Parque da Cidade. Marking its comeback after twelve years, the free event aims to foster knowledge sharing and strengthen connections across the food chain. This 14th edition will showcase over 100 speakers, more than 260 exhibitors, and 14 knowledge spaces focusing on trends such as healthy eating, organic production, public policies, gastronomic tourism, Artificial Intelligence, and foodtech innovations.

The event targets a broad audience including rural producers, agro-industries, chefs, researchers, institutions, buyers, and consumers, emphasizing the Federal District's production and sustainable development prospects. Renowned chefs Felipe Bronze and Claude Troisgros, famous for their contributions to Brazilian cuisine, are among the participants.

Alimenta 2026 features business rounds, cooking shows, and interactive experiences designed to create new opportunities and knowledge. The 2014 edition drew significant attention, surpassing business goals by 100% and generating over R$ 20 million in revenue, with high satisfaction from both visitors and exhibitors.
