At ExpoCamaquã 2026, held on October 16, the traditional Rodada de Negócios (business roundtable) brought together company representatives in a dynamic format where each participant had one minute to present ideas and products. Organized by Sebrae, Sicredi, and Acic, this event is crucial for stimulating regional business connections and fostering partnerships, becoming one of the fair's highlights.

Innovation Day 2026, held on September 15 at Teatro Riachuelo in Natal, attracted over 1,500 entrepreneurs and experts. The event focused on topics such as economy, tourism, technological transformation, and the challenges ahead for businesses amid global changes. Marcelo Queiroz, president of Sistema Fecomércio-Sesc-Senac-RN, emphasized strengthening relationships among entrepreneurs to boost local economic growth. Panels included discussions by former Central Bank director Alexandre Schwartsman on Brazil's fiscal challenges, tourism sector strategies, and innovation leadership insights from experts including Gil Giardelli and parathlete Fernando Fernandes.

Meanwhile, the Caprishow fair, from May 18 to 24, showcased Dormentes (PE) as a national leader in caprinovinocultura (goat and sheep farming). This edition was among the largest ever, featuring increased exhibitors, auctions of high-genetic-standard animals, cultural events, and significant contributions to the local economy such as hospitality and commerce. Organizers aim to exceed past successes, underscoring northeastern Brazil’s agribusiness strength.
