Caxias Entrepreneurs Complete Sebrae’s Conecta Empreendedor Workshops; Nossocrédito Celebrates 21 Years Supporting Small Businesses in Aracruz

On September 9, entrepreneurs in Caxias successfully completed the Conecta Empreendedor training program, an initiative led by Sebrae in partnership with the Sala do Empreendedor. The workshops focused on strategies to attract, engage, and sell to customers, highlighting the integration of technology and human relationships as key business differentiators.

Participants gained insights into effective use of social media platforms such as Instagram, applications of AI in business, and techniques for closing sales. They also learned to enhance customer experience, reinforcing its vital role in client retention. Paula Moura, a seasoned entrepreneur in the cookie industry, reflected on how the program equipped her with tools to better attract and convince customers while improving her social media engagement. The program culminated in practical exercises where attendees applied their knowledge to build and solidify customer relationships over the preceding 30 days.

Simultaneously, in Aracruz, the microcredit program Nossocrédito marked its 21st anniversary with a celebration attended by entrepreneurs, government officials, and partners including Sebrae and Banestes. At the event, a lecture on social media content strategies demonstrated the importance of digital presence for small businesses. Nossocrédito offers specialized microcredit with accessible terms combined with technical support and financial guidance, enabling many local entrepreneurs to start, sustain, and grow their businesses.
