The 2025 edition of the Delas Summit, Southern Brazil’s largest business event led by women, opened to a strong turnout of over 7,500 participants and 120 speakers sharing insights across 16 hours of programming. The summit celebrated the strategic role of women in entrepreneurship and small business growth, underscored by the presence of key figures such as Santa Catarina Vice Governor Marilisa Boehm and Sebrae President Décio Lima. Lima emphasized micro and small enterprises' contribution, noting that 1.3 million of 1.7 million new jobs created last year stemmed from these businesses. Highlighting Sebrae’s proactive support, Lima detailed the Acredita Delas program, which secures credit access by guaranteeing 100% of values for loans directed to women entrepreneurs.
Adding to the summit’s momentum, the Caravana Sebrae Delas initiative was launched to foster networking and resource sharing among female entrepreneurs nationwide. Sebrae’s Director Margarete Coelho underscored the transformative power of women actively generating opportunities. Collaboration was also announced between Sebrae and Mútua to enhance women’s training and innovation access in engineering and technology, sectors where women face distinct challenges. Business consultant Tatiana Amorim from Sebrae São José dos Campos highlighted the importance of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and online marketplaces such as Mercado Livre and Amazon Brasil. She advised women entrepreneurs to blend passion with market research, excel in customer service, and utilize artificial intelligence tools for content and CRM management to scale their businesses effectively. Entrepreneur Andressa Ignãcio pointed to the burgeoning Tik Tok Shop as a key marketplace demanding adaptability.
