Empowering Women Entrepreneurs: Sebrae/MS Business Session and Upcoming Women’s Business Meeting in 2026

In 2026, several initiatives in Brazil are reinforcing support for women entrepreneurs through strategic events and business sessions that promote networking and commercial opportunities. Notably, Sebrae/MS organized a Business Session in Campo Grande that generated R$ 5.9 million in expected business transactions among 43 participants. This session was part of the Sebrae Delas program, dedicated to advancing women-led businesses by connecting entrepreneurs from different sectors, facilitating partnerships, and showcasing products and services.

Vânia Bispo Torraca, a technical analyst at Sebrae/MS, highlighted the importance of integrating Sebrae Delas with other programs like ALI Produtividade and Made in Pantanal to enhance business opportunities. Entrepreneurs, such as Francielly Carlos de Barros, shared how the event helped them gain extensive contacts and grow their client base. The event also encouraged knowledge exchange, allowing participants to learn from diverse business models and identify joint opportunities. Attendees included startup founders and professionals from telemedicine seeking to expand their networks.

In addition to this session, the 6th Meeting of Women Entrepreneurs from Field and City along with the Women Entrepreneurial Fair 2026 is scheduled for November 26-27 in Tangará da Serra. Organized by the Municipal Government in partnership with SEBRAE, the event offers free registration through the 1Doc platform until November 12, with a public drawing for spots on November 18. These events form part of a broader strategy to empower women in business, providing structured journeys tailored to their business maturity levels, enhancing income generation, and strengthening their professional connections across Brazil.
