Expointer 2026 Drives R$6.2 Billion in Agribusiness Deals, Announces 2027 Dates

The 49th edition of Expointer, Brazil's premier agricultural trade fair held in Esteio, concluded with impressive economic results, generating over R$6.18 billion in business transactions. The event attracted a remarkable 909,036 visitors over nine days, underscoring its status as a vital hub for agribusiness and trade in the country.

The agricultural machinery sector dominated sales, contributing R$5.46 billion to the total business volume. Complementing this, the Agricultural Family Pavilion, featuring 509 exhibitors mainly from agro-industries, achieved sales worth R$14.4 million. Livestock trading also remained robust with 7,926 registered animals and total sales of nearly R$22 million across diverse breeds. Other sectors such as automotive and artisan products reported substantial figures as well, with the automotive sector recording R$668.7 million and artisan goods totaling over R$2.1 million.

Expointer serves not only as a business platform but also as a celebration of Brazil's rich agricultural heritage, combining longstanding tradition with opportunities for innovation and trade expansion. The organizers announced that the next fair will be held from August 28 to September 5, 2027, continuing its legacy at the same venue.
