On October 10, the city of Rio Branco hosted the Feira Emprega Transporte, an employment fair aimed at facilitating job opportunities in the transport sector. Organized through a partnership between the Acre state government, the National Employment System (Sine), and Sest Senat, the event attracted 22 companies that together offered approximately 617 job vacancies. Of these, Sine provided 267 openings, while companies contributed more than 350 positions.
Beyond job matching, the fair extended a range of free services including rapid health tests, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, physiotherapy, resume preparation, and professional guidance. The event also provided access to job market advice and information about various qualification courses available through the Digital Pole.
Jaqueline Castro, Sine's coordinator, reported a robust turnout, highlighting the significant number of young people successfully directed toward interviews. Daniela de Souza, director of Sest Senat in Rio Branco, credited the partnership with Sine as essential to expanding employment prospects.
Participants expressed positive feedback; Jhonatan Wallace and Inara Vitória appreciated the efficient and comprehensive assistance they received, which boosted their confidence in pursuing job opportunities.
