The third edition of INDEX 2027 is scheduled to take place from June 15 to 17, 2027, at the Salvador Convention Center in Bahia, promising significant growth as a pivotal B2B networking and business opportunity event. Organized by FIEB and Sebrae-BA, the event is expected to build on its previous success where the 2026 edition attracted 40,000 visitors and 400 exhibitors, generating R$185 million in business. Organizers anticipate a 25% increase in both attendance and business opportunities for 2027, with more than 40 industrial segments projected to be represented.

Key enhancements for INDEX 2027 include the introduction of the INDEX Congress, which will focus on critical industry topics such as innovation and sustainability, alongside expanded spaces for business networking. Sustainability remains a central theme; the 2026 event achieved carbon neutrality through partnerships and effective waste management, initiatives that will continue in 2027. The event will also host the 16th FIEB Sustainability Award and the third edition of the Best French Bread Contest in Bahia, alongside a job fair organized in collaboration with IEL and SENAI.
