Lula's campaign has lodged a formal complaint with Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) against the campaign led by Flávio Bolsonaro, accusing it of improperly leveraging social media to promote campaign-related products. The complaint uncovers 1,826 posts involving 492 Instagram profiles linked to the Bolsonaro campaign, allegedly directing followers to purchase items in an orchestrated effort to exploit communication channels for electoral gain. Lula's coalition argues that this represents an abuse of political and economic power. They are urging Meta and Shopee to preserve data, identify the profiles responsible, and suspend sales links, while also requesting cancellation of Flávio Bolsonaro's campaign registration and an eight-year ineligibility for those involved.

In parallel, Flávio Bolsonaro has publicly leveled serious accusations against Supreme Court Justice Minister Alexandre de Moraes. Bolsonaro, in a video circulated on social media, accused Moraes of "imploding" democracy under the guise of protecting it. The video included footage of Moraes and his wife, Viviane Barci, disembarking from an aircraft linked to Daniel Vorcaro, contradicting Moraes's previous claims of never having flown on Vorcaro's plane. Flávio further attributed the responsibility for Lula's return to the presidency to Moraes and called for votes in support of his Senate allies.

Responding to the controversy, Barci de Moraes's office clarified that their flights were procured through the air taxi service Prime Aviation, stating Vorcaro had no involvement and emphasizing that the choice of aircraft was solely the contracted company's.
