To prepare entrepreneurs, a workshop was conducted for 95 participants focusing on enhancing their skills and networking for successful business meetings. Ana Paula Morais, a participant and owner of a small frozen snacks business, noted the importance of government visibility and support.

The CMON initiative is a collaborative effort by the State Secretariat, Sebrae Minas, and the Association of Supermarkets of Minas Gerais (Amis), aimed at strengthening small suppliers’ presence in the supermarket sector and driving economic growth in the region.
