They recommend structuring promotional campaigns to improve inventory turnover without sacrificing profit margins and conducting comprehensive financial health analyses to set effective goals.

Sebrae/MT provides specialized guidance through workshops and consulting services focused on areas such as tax reform, digital presence, and operational efficiency. Additionally, their credit access programs, 'Acredita' and 'Acredita Delas', respond to the heightened demand for financial credit among small business owners in the first quarter. These programs support entrepreneurs in accessing financing while promoting responsible financial management, with 'Acredita Delas' specifically designed to empower women entrepreneurs through credit backing and management assistance.
