The Jundiaí City Hall has launched new vacancies for its 'Performance Empreendedora' program designed exclusively for entrepreneurs aged 60 and above. This initiative, part of the broader 'Desenvolve Mais' project, was announced to coincide with the International Day of Older Persons on October 1, highlighting efforts to boost entrepreneurship within this demographic.
The 'Performance Empreendedora' program aims to enhance micro and small businesses by offering personalized consulting focused on improving digital presence and business management strategies. Bruna Lazarini, the deputy secretary at Espaço Jundiaí Empreendedora, noted that the initiative encourages an innovative environment that empowers senior entrepreneurs to develop effective strategies through tailored consultations. Participants will undertake a thorough analysis of their digital profiles and receive practical tools they can apply immediately to their business practices.
Isabela Regina, who leads the consulting sessions, stated that the program is designed not just to impart theoretical knowledge but to actively assist entrepreneurs in making informed business decisions using effective digital marketing techniques.
Interested senior entrepreneurs can register for the program online, after which they will be guided on the registration process and consulting details by the Espaço Jundiaí team. This initiative signifies a significant step forward in recognizing and supporting the contributions of older individuals in the entrepreneurial landscape.
