At the 11th Fórum Negócios 2026 in Natal, the Brazilian startup Vectax unveiled ClickMassa, an innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that integrates chats from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram into a single interface. This platform harnesses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide 24/7 automated customer support, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and transition conversations seamlessly to human agents when needed. ClickMassa also connects with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude via the MCP protocol and utilizes the official WhatsApp Business API for enhanced campaign tracking and reporting.

Vectax, which serves over 8,000 clients and operates more than 200 licensed units, views the Fórum as a key opportunity to showcase its technology and expand commercial partnerships, particularly in the tech sector. Co-founders André Luz and Wanderley Cunha emphasized the platform's modern design and its ability to help businesses convert conversations into tangible commercial opportunities.
